Founding studios and artists pay nothing while we build this together.
No cut of your bookings
We'll agree what comes after the pilot with founding studios before it ends. No one moves to a paid plan without agreeing to it.
Your clients stay yours
Export your client list whenever you like. Founding studios get 12 months' notice of any pricing change.
Built from inside the tattoo world
Body Map System started with my own wish list, years deep. I kept noticing how disconnected this whole world is. Incredible artists everywhere. People like me everywhere. And no real way for the two to find each other, beyond hoping the right post shows up on an algorithm that cares about neither of us.
“I wanted to build the community I wished already existed.”
Grace Ngathe, founder
I'm building this with founding studios across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bristol, supported by Launchspace at UWE Bristol.
Questions studios ask
Do I have to change how my studio works?
No. Keep your calendar, your Instagram and your prices. Booking requests arrive with the client's wish list attached, and you reply in one tap.
What does it cost?
Nothing until 31 January 2027 for founding studios and artists. We don't take a cut of your bookings. We'll agree what comes after the pilot with founding studios before it ends, and no one moves to a paid plan without agreeing to it.
Is this AI?
No. Matches come from the styles and techniques artists list, how far away they are, their rates and whether they are taking bookings. There are no generated images, and a real person looks after every pilot studio.
How does distance matching work?
You give a town or postcode. We measure the straight-line distance to each artist and rank closer artists higher. You choose how far you will travel, and anyone further away is left out.
Who owns my client data?
You do. You can export your client list whenever you like. We only use client details to run bookings, and we never sell them.
Do clients have my phone number?
Not unless you share it. Everything runs through messaging in the app, which keeps deposits, reviews and dispute help in one place for both of you.
Do you take payments from my clients?
Not yet. When deposits switch on, they go straight to your own Stripe account. We never hold your clients' money.
Can under-18s book?
No. You must be 18 or over to get a tattoo in the UK. Studios still check ID, as they do now.
Where is it open?
We are starting with founding studios across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bristol. Join the list and we will tell you when your town opens.
